Jean-Christophe Ollivier has been voted best sommelier for Switzerland for the year 2011 by « Gault & Millau », and Master Sommelier for The Union of the Sommeliers of France.

From « L’Ile de Ré » he worked in Michelin starred restaurants all over France, before joining some of the best Swizz restaurants. He arrives at Le Pian Medoc with more than 250 references of wine selected directly to the property. « The sommelier table » is about wines from France but as well from all over the world.
